MMS Seminars

I’ve received a heads up from Jim’s newsletter that he will be holding another seminar on MMS very soon.

Marianne and I have discussed his seminars on Super-Duper Woo-Fighting Duo (with capes!) before  Super-Duper Woo-Fighting Duo (with capes!)

Basically, to sum them up though, Jim is in the Dominican Republic. This has been verified a number of times including geolocating his IP address. From this little “hideout” of his, he runs seminars where he tells his disciples what to do with MMS, including but not limited to: shoving it up your bottyhole, sitting in a bag of it and intravenously.

Worse than this (if it can get any worse), he then takes this around the Dominican Republic and Haiti, where people need real medicine, with his disciples. Oh, and did I mention, Jim charges $1000 all in. But remember, Jim doesn’t make ANY money from this… He’s altruistic like that.

So, the all important dates for Jim’s next seminar?

February 14th – 24th.

What can we do about it? Obviously, we need to inform the right people about this. But who? Suggestions are very welcome. Please leave them in comments below/message me on Twitter/email me.

P.S. Jim is writing a new eBook – JOY! Looks like the podcast won’t be lacking in material any time soon!

  1. Taking it as an IV has to be a lot more dangerous than drinking it. MMS should be used to disinfect the cholera contaminated water in Haiti. That’s the only way it could do any good.

  2. mms (chlorine dioxide) may act as an immune signalling compound like hydrogen peroxide

i am not saying it’s that effective at all or doesn’t have side effects but in term of crohns it attempts to address the immune stimulating aspect that medicine doesn’t

i have no experience of chlorine dioxide and am not recommending it but i am familar with the immune system and hormone stimulating effect of hydrogen peroxide

you have to understand that medicine and science are different things, like research showing that crohns is not just an inflammatory condition but a failure of the anti-microbial immune system

medicine currently prescribes anti-inflammatories for crohns which are broad spectrum immune suppressors but this scientific study says

“the discovery that a special antibiotic-activating protein (defensin) of the human body is diminished in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases, Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis”

    http://www.eurekalert.org/pub_releases/2011-01/tum-dma012111.php

the upshot is that if you have crohns and are on medically prescribed immune system suppressing steriods then because the real issue is immune system incompetence and misdirection the outlook is not good

    1. Wow, nice cherry picking you did there… At least you were honest that you cherry picked though

      …but this scientific study says

If we were to ignore that inflammatory markers are high on people with active Crohn’s and we ignore that patients have areas of active inflammation with IBD AND that inflammation is a key part of the immune system. Ignoring all that, then perhaps we could consider this one theory with apparently one piece of evidence to supplement it.
tl;dr: You expect us to throw out tons of evidence based on one cherry picked study? Hahahahaha!

      1. theres no point to these convos except improving our knowledge and own health in practical ways

the only loser is the person who fails to do this !

inflammation is the activation of the immune system, the problem is the failure and misdirection of the immune system to defeat whatever pathogens that are inducting the response

        ever read don quixote?

  3. Andrew – what practical ways would you suggest and what evidence base do you have for these practical ways? Please provide links to any scientific papers you reference so that everyone can ensure that there’s no cherry-picking.
